you may get a good nanny from this agency by chance, but from what I could tell there is very little screening done. the owner did not try to get to know me or my family nor did she try to match us with any particular candidate. she referred anyone she had and some appeared to lack the qualifications we specified in our application. she insistent one candidate was the ""greatest nanny ever"" but they had little experience, did not have an NC drivers license and she could not describe what made her such a great nanny. she sent referrals very quickly, but the quality of the candidates was rather low.
