I highly recommend that you stay away from this people:
they are rude nasty and plain obscene: this was my experience with them

On Sunday January 22 2012, I informed My super that My kitchen sink was clogged, on Monday from 930 to 10 am she called one of the plumber that has a contract with our building landlord: Catalano Plumbing & Heating located at: 2419 E Tremont Avenue Bronx, NY 10461 telephone number (718) 931-8200 They informed her they would be calling me on my cell phone, at 6pm I informed my super that no call had come in, she called on Tuesday to the landlord of our building and I guess they were supposed to call the plumber.
On Tuesday at 330 pm after picking up my 2 kids (6 and 8 ) from school i once again informed the super that no call had come in from the plumbers, at 403 pm I got a call from the plumbers and asked me if I wanted someone to come in on Wednesday anywhere from 9 to 11 am to fix the kitchen sink, i told them i need it someone today, since i have been washing dishes in the bathroom since Sunday and had water backed up from the kitchen sink and had a small spill on Sunday night from it. they told me in a very disrespectful way that it was either Wednesday or nothing since they just got the call.
I asked my super again when did she called she told me on Monday and once again earlier on Tuesday, I called the plumbers at 409pm called lasted 2minutes 19 seconds and informed them of this, they told me not to scream, which I was not, and passed the phone to the so call owner and when I told him that the supper had called on Monday, this is what he said and i quote:
"" I do not give a F,,, what the F,,,ing super said, i did not get the F,,,ing call until just a an hour ago , so you either take the F,,,ing appointment on Wednesday or *F,,, you!"", at this time I lost it and it devolved into a verbal curse fest, and I hanged up the phone, then the same person called me back at 412pm to threaten me, I hanged up the phone again after 52 seconds and told the super ,
I will be informing the landlord of this and make sure they do not hire this company again, but thought to give you guys this complaint since this kind of verbal abuse is not Good business from anyone. By the way my kitchen sink it still clogged.
