I am a senior citizen and I was having problems with my oven. I called this company about a week ago to come out and take a look at my oven. They told me that the was a problem with some sort of board. The estimate was really high so I decided to shop around and see if there is anyone that could do a better deal. Another company came out to my house and looked at the oven. I told them that I had an estimate from another company, they asked to see it. When the tech from the other company looked at my estimate, he told me that the board was not even the problem. It was a simple thermostat. The thermostat only costs about 75 dollars compare to the board that costs over 350 dollars. The tech said that you have to be really inexperienced to confuse a broken board with a faulty thermostat, so I dont know if they were trying to take advantage of me or just made a mistake. Either way, I wouldnt recommend them.
