Never again! Holiday Lights Tours should not be offered! \r

My husband and I were in town for a few days and decided to use a limo to look at the holiday lights. We had done this in other cities and were very pleased. However, this was not the case here. Driver had never ran the route so much time was wasted stopping and looking at a printed map, turning around, etc. Basically 2 hrs later we had seen only one house that had tremendous lights. The driver then proceeded to stall, driving around downtown Nashville, to try use up the 3 hrs we had paid for. We finally asked that he just take us back to our hotel. \r

I did discuss with a rep from Silver Oak but all they did credit me back the 1/2 hr that we returned earlier than boooked . The biggest $215.00 we ever wasted.\r

They should not advertise something they were not prepared to deliver on. \r
