Tuesday I took a date to Soleil for drinks and to my surprise, have live Flamenco on Tuesday. Where do I begin; it is a charming, romantic, cozy wine bar in the heart of Cherry Creek. Even though we went to Soleil for a few drinks, once we saw the menu and food going to other tables, we could not resist. We tried five or six different items and loved everything; so much so that my date wanted to know how to make the roasted garlic. When the server informed the chef, he immediately came to our table and told her everything she needed to know and more. What a great experience! We will certainly be back.
