Review content:
Two things come to mind when Rochester, NY is mentioned. The first is Kodak, the second is Garbage Plates. Garbage Plates started at a small establishment called Nick Tahoes. Nick passed a few years ago but the establishment remains. Dozens have copied the idea all over western NY. Plates are incredible popular in Rochester and is a late night tradition. The Farmhouse has done a decent job in copying these plates, although still off a little from the original.
Having moved down recently from Rochester, I am happy to see this here in Raleigh, and suggest everyone try one.
