This has been a horrid experience. The employees working for the company, maintenance etc, are clearly experienced and high quality, but the management really shows off the fact that they're a bunch of kids new to the business with little thought for it other than the money they get. Though they look nice, the apartments are extremely non functional. Several wall outlets never worked despite a few emails asking for a fix, black mold grew through my bathroom ceiling which took a week to remove and then a week to fix the dripping hole in my ceiling full of water. The provided furniture is also the least comfortable thing possible, The biggest problem is that the management is truly inexperienced and bad at their jobs. Avoid these land lords at all costs.
