I was with this service for a couple yrs. About 6 months ago they started having issues with my account, they had the correct credit card number, correct exp date, correct name. I contected my bank and not one time did they show my account being touched or a denial by the bank for the funds. However Pest Control finally after turning my account into a collection agency and charging me all kinds of late fees, they process my card SAME EXACT DATA as before and it goes through. They refuse to refund any charges because they say they tried and it failed, that is must be in thier agency they use to process the claims, but still they refuse to credit me back, even though it is not my fault.
Pros: The service is great I had no pest issues
Cons: The accounting department is a waiste of good oxygen
