Okay, so I am not technically a ""customer"". I don't agree to being charged 40 cents per debit transactions. However, my employer is, and she writes her checks to me through this bank. I go there to cash them, rarely are the checks over $150, but every time I go to the one on Johnson Dr. they treat me like I am taking THEIR money, and eating up their time. I come in with my 2 forms of ID, even though the same 3 tellers are there, they sometimes accept my State Issued liquor card as a 2nd form, other times they make me dig out another card (because they aren't allowed to accept it, they say). They hardly greet me nicely, or even some of their other customers. I don't know what it is about these tellers but they always think they are being robbed or are about to be robbed. It is so disrespectful. Other times, there will be a long line, and because this branch closes at 4 M-Th (I mean, really? No wonder I'm not a customer) at 3:45, when the line is long, they start shutting down their tills. I don;t know what it is about the women at this place, I go to the one on 95th and Nall and they are all so nice.
