Review content:
The daily changing menu offers 6-8 starters and 6-8 entrees that all sound delicious. My wife and I enjoy good food, and have tried a number of Orlando's ""best"" restaurants. Blue Bistro was by far the best - with a party of four we had three entrees - salmon, lamb and pork, as well as the crab cake appetizers, and each was superb - a blend of flavors and textures that was intense, but well blended and balanced. This is the first restaurant in Orlando that we are looking forward to going back to. As Chicagoans, we think we know good food, and Blue Bistro was as good as any place in Chicago, New York or San Francisco. Hooray for great food not in the shadow of the Disney!
