My partner and I have been to Blue on at least 3 occasions and each time is better than the last. We live near the Mills Ave. bistro and feel lucky because of it. We are both Orlando transplants, and we tend to try to avoid the chain restaurants. If you live in Orlando, you know how difficult that can be. \r

Every meal we have had there has been amazing. We are both foodies and love trying new things. We have sampled a wide variety of the offerings, but because they change the menu almost every day, it is difficult to give recommendations. That said; try to go with a large group of people willing to share. Next time you want to go out and have something different, well made, and impeccably served give Blue a chance. There will always be an Olive Garden or a TGI Fridays out there for some other day.\r
Pros: Fantastic food prepared fresh and in innovative ways.
Cons: I don't know of any.
