Review content:
I read the reviews before our 9 pm reservation on Friday night and now I see they are all true - the food is not bad, but this place overhyped. (All of the employees seem a little overly impressed with themselves for what this place is...) The best part of the entire experience is the decor/ambience. Our server had good intentions but service was noticably slow and unattentive. The family style serving is a little awkward too. For a party of 2 she recommended 3 plates total and we were thankful we ordered 4. Hamachi was really subtle and unremarkable, steak tartare was good and presented well, thai seafood red curry ok, and the mongolian pork chops were disappointing. At least the check wasn't too offensive. We skipped desert and went up to Sebastian Joe's. Pros: Ambience, View Cons: Service, Food
