I scheduled an in-home consultation and was shocked at the treatment I received. I was rushed through the few questions I had, and after asking the simple question ""do you have this in other fabrics?"" was treated to a rant by the 'sales professional' about how he had decided he didn't want to work with me because he was getting a negative vibe. He informed me that ""he considered his work to be art"" (yes, we are talking about window treatments) and that he made the decisions about whose homes he *chose* to work in. He also professed to be owner of the company. Buyer beware--this is not a company you want to let in the front door!
