outstanding service until they get your money, then Horrible experience. To make a long story short, bought a $1600 diamond ring that came with life time warranty, had a problem with it and people at Jared will not honor the warranty, they offer to fix the ring for the cost of about $600, or I need to purchase another kind of warranty for $139(another way to keep selling you things and taking your money). Will not fix my ring and will not honor the written warranty that I showed them saying the people who sold me the ring a while ago are no longer here and they are new staff. If you want to deal with them, do it at your own risk. My advice, find someone else.
