Review content:
In early May, the clasp broke on my Tag Heuer watch (despite the fact that I had it ""overhauled"" through Jared a year ago). Jared sent it in to the repair facility and told me it'd cost $160 to get fixed, which I approved, saying it'd be done in 4-6 weeks. \r
\r
No phone calls, no emails, no communication whatsover for 8 weeks, so I called to find out the status. They told me the part was back ordered and it'd be done in two more weeks. It's now mid-August, and I still don't have my watch -- or any idea of where it is! \r
\r
I get that sometimes you have to send things out for repair vs. doing them in-store, but if you're charging me $160 to replace a simple metal clasp, you should at least earn it through good service.
