I visited the Edina, MN location and was treated very well. I was greeted as I entered the store, looked around and saw the look I was after. I asked for some help in selcecting a pice that had the look my wife was after and the price I could afford. The salespreson did that for me, they wrapped the gift and placed in in a attractive bag. My wife was delighted. I know the price I paid was at the high end ($2,200) for a piece like this but it is as my wife had wanted.\r
She is happy - I am happy. Service was great - easy in - easy out - I am going back.\r
I don't know what locations the others went to but I was very pleased.
Pros: easy in - easy out, knowledgable, friendly service
