Review content:
My boyfriend and I went to look at engagement rings and were both completely put off by the poor service and quality of merchandise at Jared. We were shuffled around to three different sales people, none of whom would listen to what I wanted in a ring (something very simple and classic, while they kept bringing out rings with tons of filligree and jewels all over). One of the sales women actually DROPPED the loose diamond over the counter onto the floor next to my boyfriend's chair when she was trying to set it in the ring! They seemed very adament about selling us an ideal cut stone, which is funny, because when another ""diamond expert"" came over to admire the two rings I was comparing, she couldn't even tell the difference between the ideal cut and the regular diamond. We left feeling pressured and frustrated - not a positive experience to have when you're looking to make an important jewelry purchase.
Pros: Beautiful store
Cons: Idiotic sales people, poor service
