As a woman with many years behind me in the culinary industry, I view Chef John Paulk and his Mezzaluna staff unlike anything I have experienced. Every moment with Chef John was a complete joy. Next to creating amazing food (as Chef John does), the most important skill a Culinarian should have is professionalism; a skill which Chef John exceeds at. When planning my most recent event, Chef John was with me every step of the way. From returning every phone call, planning out the menu, offering to pick up additional supplies, to even assisting with my floral arrangements, Chef John is a miracle worker of the field. His professionalism is also relayed into his staff; they always make sure each setting is placed correctly, drink is mixed properly, and most importantly, that you are enjoying your evening! Having Mezzaluna in my home has been a dream come true, I feel so blessed for all of the events hosted by Mezzaluna prior, and look forward to the events to come. Thank you Mezzaluna!
