Review content:
We contracted with this company to have our business' dryer ducts cleaned. Due to their availability and the nature of the process, we agreed that we would have to close our business in the middle of the day while they did their work. We made extra calls to them detailing our system to make sure that they understood the job. They assured us it was no problem and they would be there as agreed. On the day of the job, we closed down (at a cost of several hundred dollars in revenue), but shortly before their scheduled time, they called and said they weren't coming and didn't want to do the job. They were rude and did not even appologize. Amity Air Duct and Dryer Vent does not deserve your business.
Cons: Unreliable, dishonest, rude.
