Finally a coffee house in Chicago with an artistic vibe, friendly regulars, COUCHES, and amazing coffee. Go more than once and you're bound to meet the regulars, an eclectic mix of Loyola kids, neighborhood scholars, and families. The biggest ""regulars"" of all are Tony and Jeff, the father son team that started this neighborhood staple. If you've been looking for a new place to call home, go meet Metropolis.
Pros: beats intelligentsia, great patio, off the redline
