Took my 2 year old there for an exam. They told me to sign some papers in case something happened to her they could use restraints, but they wouldn't be necessary because she was sitting very still and listening to the dentist. Then the assistants asked her to lay down and proceeded to strap her down. I asked why they were doing that when she was still being extremely cooperative and they said, ""You signed the papers"". I would preferred they just told me they had to do it either way instead of spending all this time saying it was only a formality.\r When they found out that my 15 y/o daughter's insurance changed they said ""Oh you can get braces now."" I said ""I don't think she needs them."" The girl looked for a bit and said ""well she has an overbite."" Immediately afterwards another assistant asked her when she got her braces off because her teeth were so perfectly straight. They would not let me in the room when they did the exam and did not speak with me afterwards about the condition of my daughter's teeth, even though she is only 15.\r Cynthia in the office called to cancel the surgery to remove my daughter's wisdom teeth 16 hours before her surgery and said they didn't have any idea when they could reschedule. The dentist might be okay but who cares when you have to deal with the staff for the majority of the time.
