Review content:
I cannot express how horrendous my experience at Fairmont Lovett Dental has been. I went to have a teeth cleaning and was advised to have my wisdom teeth extracted. The following Monday I had my left wisdom teeth removed and have had trouble ever since. After the initial painful procedure - the numbing agent wore off - I suspected dry socket and went back to his office. He applied a paste and said that is should be better in a couple of days. I then had to return that Saturday because, if anything, the pain was worse. His office referred me to an oral surgeon because he did not have the credentials to pack a dry socket. After a day of calling oral surgeons, I was repeatedly told they would not treat another dentists procedure/problems. When I contacted his office again the very rude receptionist informed me that I should have never explained the problem, but just tell them that this was a reffered consultation. I called their preferred oral surgeon back and was told had I done that then he would have, if anything, charged me full cash price for anything he might have done. Now I am stuck with very painful dry socket and nowhere to turn. Unbelievable.
