On 3/5/12 I took my fiancé’s business suit to Mr. Gino’s Alteration to have the zipper repaired. They told me it was going to be ready on 3/12/12. I left all my personal information with Mr. Gino. On 3/12/12 my fiancé went to pick up her suit. Mr.Gino adviced her that the suit was not ready. He indicated that he was not even sure that could find the right zipper for the suit. He made no attempt to call me even thought he had my contact information. He was very rude to my fiancé. In my opinion this was very un-professional. He did not make any effort to contact to inform me about the zipper and was very unprofessional to my fiancé. She had no other choice but to take the suit to another place.
