They sent a truck that was way too small for our house (after giving them exactly what we had to move over the phone), and actually admitted to us that the truck they wanted to send that morning was sent last minute to pick up a piano!!! My husband and I had to scramble to find a truck on a saturday to move the rest of our stuff, because the workers couldnt contact the owner about the situation! DO NOT USE THEM, my brother had a horror story as well, they were two hours late!!!!!!
