This is a fantastic place! I have been shoping with them for years at the Simi Valley and Westlake Village stores - now I have to drive 500 miles to shop with them, but it's sooo worth it. The staff has always been great to work with - they are very friendly and knowledgable...Don't even get me started on the wonderful selection and amazingly inexpensive prices. You'd have to be crazy not to love this place:) Just a hint - make sure you know what you are looking for before you go - (size, color, price range...) you can be overwhelmed easily. I understand their return policy - not everyone can afford to be Nordstrom. If they didn't have a tight return policy people would use it for one event and then return it.
Pros: IF YOU CAN'T FIND IT THERE YOU DON'T NEED IT.
Cons: SO MUCH TO SEE THAT IT CAN BE OVERWHELMING.
