Review content:
The food was very mediocre and the service was slow as well, but mainly we had a probably with a misunderstanding about a charge for a food item we ordered. We asked our server if they could split one fajita half chicken and half steak. Our server said they could, but when we received our bill we were charged an extra fee for this split. We asked our server to explain the extra fee and from her explanation it was clear that there was a misunderstanding between us. We asked her to show us the menu to try and clear up the misunderstanding. There was no half chicken half steak fajita on the menu. We then asked to speak with a manager when it was clear she wasn't going to reverse the extra fee. The manager proceeded to argue with us that this was a very common order and that most people just accepted the extra fee. Now I've worked in my share of restaurants and usually when there's a minor misunderstanding between the restaurant and the customer the customer is usually given the benefit of the doubt. It's called good customer service. The server never mentioned an extra fee and if she didn't understand what we were ordering she should've asked us to clarify. We will never recommend or go to this restaurant again.
