Businiess name:  Motor Parts Of Ocala

Review content:
A new Titan motor was purchased with a three year warranty parts and labor. In less than 6000.00 miles an exaust valve was leaking. Frank, the owner of Motor Parts of Ocala kept the vehical five weeks and never even looked at the motor. Even said I was not his customer but the warranty on the motor is issued by them. Motor Parts of Ocala gave me five differnt things that were wrong with the motor over the five week period. The vehical was picked up and returned to the garage that installed the motor. After pulling the motor apart they found a bad exaust valve on cylinder number two. No indications of overheating that Frank from Motor Parts of Ocala had claimed which would void the warranty. Motor Parts of Ocala refused to handle there own warranty. Cons: Owner attempt to argue rather that honor warranty
