Review content:
We order a $5000++ area rug. One color does not match as they ""Ran out"". Another area has a PATCH in the middle. My wife called 3 times over 4 weeks. Owner, ALI, NEVER returned call. When she finally got the owner.....he says to bring this 22 x 24 rug to him. The one they had 2 men deliver! IDIOTS! Would not recommend or use again.
Plus they have sharp surfaces on rug enough to cut your foot. Terrible and useless and not to be trusted.
Ali, you blew my wife off and that was insulting. This review is in ink and you have to live with just like we have to live with your SUB-STANDARD product. SHAME ON YOU! I hope others don't have to find out the way we did. We don't like folks that screw their customers. Now you got this!
