In response to the prior review; the facts are this:
This woman reserved the exact boat she got which was the only boat we had available for the days she wanted when she made the reservation; a NEW 22' Sea-Fox Dual Console boat in excellent condition with a bimini top and this boat is rated for up to 8 people. It was explained completely to her what type of boat it was.
When she realized it was not a center console fishing boat she did not want it and we offered another 21' center console boat for one of the days because after that it was reserved for another customer and we told her that if we could rebook the boat to someone else we would refund her...she did not accept this and went with the 22' Sea-Fox.
She had her husband and family in a complete frenzy and they were actually apologizing for her behavior. At the end of the rental her husband thanked us for everything and again apologized for her bad behavior.
