I heard about these new “Inferno Wings” from a friend who was there for happy hour last week because she knows I’m a “heat freak” and am always on the lookout for hot wings. I went in a couple of days ago and the bartender warned me in advance that they’re made with the ghost chili pepper, which is supposed to be the hottest in the world. I said I was ready and wanted to let everyone know that if you’re into heat…these babies pack some! What makes these the best I’ve had is not just the fact that they’re hot but they have great flavor too. Anyone can make ‘em hot but they usually don’t taste great. I really thought the flavor was awesome and was surprised that a hotel restaurant would be so good at a specialty item like this, when normally it’s the wing joints that specialize in hard to perfect items like this. Hey Orlando…if really HOT and great tasting wings are your bag…try the Inferno wings at the Hilton’s U Restaurant and Bar…they rock!
