A friend and I meet once every couple of months for dinner, and on one of ""her choice"" nights she suggested Tarahumata. THANK YOU LISA!!! I *loved* it. So much so that I went back the next night for dinner with my fiance...and a week later again with my family (straight from the airport from a 12 hour flight back from Europe!). We all love it. The ambience is great, the service impeccable, and the food succulent. I can't stop ordering the smoked salmon-stuffed, bacon wrapped shrimp. My fiance loves the dish in the lava rock with cactus, steak, and cheese. The margaritas (especially pomegranate) rock. As does the guacamole. I just can't say enough about the place. Sorry for the reviewer who had the bad experience - I personally can't picture it!
