Trying to get a straight answer should be considered knightly quest worthy of King Arthour's court when dealing with company on a local or national basis. \r \r The geek squad tries to sell a duplicate warranty(ies),that is almost identical to the manufacturer (lap top computor) services and software. If a question is asked beyond the Q-card rhelm there is an attempt to baffle you with BS. Credibility is a real issue here! Reminds me of Uncle Buck's used car lot, typical of a yankee trader- (buyer beware).\r \r Plastic pleasantries are run a muck here. With the loss of Circuit City, these issues appear to have multiplied. I believe it is a cultural issue that is practiced companywide. This is based multiple visits to various locations where a comperable competitor was not available. \r \r This should be considered a strict cash and carry event with out any expectation of any meaningful post customer service. \r \r Lord help you, if you buy flat screen from here and expect it to be tuned up in a reasonable time frame \r \r I am not a competitor, affiliated with BB nor have I worked for BB. I am someone who became ticked off enough to write this up. \r Pros: Don't Bet On IT Cons: bogus and confusing warranties and customer service
