Review content:
I just had a ""Customized Facial"" yesterday and it was not very pleasing. The place has a nice ambiance but I guess I was fooled. THe actual facial was my worse experience. I feel like I could have done it myself. I feel like the facialist is new, she seems scared to touch my face. And after the facial I still have some whiteheads that I really wanted off, that's why I had a facial. I get a regular facial and I just happen to wanna try this place because it close by my house. So now, I feel like I have to schedule another facial to the place that I usually go to. But I guess I'm never coming back. All I can say is, I had better experience on other place that doesn't have the best ambiance and cheaper (Polly Day Spa). I just hope its only that facialist that's like that, because if it was all the people that works there, that place won't last.
