This company is awful, wish I read yelp reviews before. I had agreed to a quote and before they brought my furniture up to my new place I was surprised with a high bill, that they made me pay now or they wouldn't bring anything upstairs. They charged me extra, called the office and they promised a refund, they said I needed to sign otherwise they will take my belongings to their warehouse. They said I would get a refund before 5pm. I called today and they said they can't honor the refund because I signed the papers!. I speak Spanish and found out that the helper was ""hired"" outside home depot and didn't have papers. He told me this company is bad but he needed the job. The experience was awful. I have filed a complain to BBB already.
Cons: They make you sign papers otherwise the take your belongings
