If I could I would give them no stars. We took ours in the staff were very immature, no where near professional, cocky. They assessed ours and rudely made accusations about why it is malfunctioning. Even if that was their opinion there is a way to talk to people, especially customers, civil. We disagreed and they got loud disagreeing and laughing amonst themselves like its a game or joke. Then we never heard from them and after a few weeks get a random curt message pick it up or if want to recycle it. We got it and they said it was not fixable, the costs to fix were more than it cost to buy a new one. We totally disagreed as it is only 1-1/2 months old. They were totally rude and joking and cocky. Who manages this group?. So unprofessional. So we brought it home, my husband decided to open it himself and fixed it in 10 minutes so simply. Its just like new. So I dont think they ever even looked at if and if they did they did not know what they were doing. I think they knew it was an easy fix and told us that so we did recycle it so they could keep it themselves and use it. So that was our experience. Beware
