That was the word my boss used to describe our clients reaction to our gift of a flower bouquet from the Princeton Flower Shop. I left it ""up to the designer"" to decide on an arragement and flower type. Our business is in NY so they knew we would never even see the outcome. I asked for something that would illustrate our appreciation to our client. The outcome was that the client was blown away by the exotic and outstanding look of the bouquet. So I thank them and highly recommend the Princeton Flower Shop.
