Wow, is all I can say. After 11 years I am changing salons. I went in for a single process and hi light. Once I got there, the colorist and I decided to only go with single process since my hair was a bit dry. I usually get hi-lights every other visit anyway. After the coloring she washed and conditioned my hair and put toner on as she does every time I've been there. Afferwards she put some leave in conditioner on my hair. When I got the bill (normally $50 for single process-website says $40 by the way) it was $70. I asked why and she said for the toner and conditioner. I said that she always does toner and I've never been charged for it before. She said the owner is making her charge for toner and leave in conditioner now!! I paid the bill but later sent her a text that I would not be returning to that cheap #$% salon. \r She said she had to charge for the gloss she put on my hair. I told that she never said it was gloss, but it was toner and conditioner. She said she was sorry she should have told me that is was $20 extra before she did it and offered to give me $20 off the next time I come in.\r Well, I told her I need to make a change after 11 years. I do not appreciate being treated this way and will take my money elsewhere.
