I had a TR done, and several months later I had severe breakage because the stylist overprocessed my hair by putting me under a heatlamp while the TR solution was on my hair. Well, this isn't a normal part of the process, and I ended up with 25% of my hair breaking off, mostly at the crown.\r

I contacted the owner, and he flat out denied all responsibility for the breakage. \r

My sister got a TR done here, and she experienced breakage as well
