Businiess name:  Sakura Hibachi Steakhouse

Review content:
This Chinese-owned Japanese hibachi can be described in one word: FAKE. A bento box usually contains some elements of tempura (veggies and shrimp), white rice, salad, soup, the main meat entree (chicken, beef, etc.) and a California roll. But, to substitute noodles for the California roll? Give me a break! On top of that BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GET THE BILL! They charge 20% gratuity when you go during half-price happy hour...not on the person who ordered the half-price sushi: they charge 20% on the entire party! And, the 20% is calculated on top of the total PLUS tax! When we confronted the owner, he told us to ""stop getting all upset,"" that this was a normal thing to do at 5-star restaurants. We had gone there repeatedly in the past, but obviously things have changed. Telling the manager/owner we were repeat customers (who would've tipped well if given the chance) was simply ignored. I figure I'm doing a public-service announcement with this review. I hope they change their practices; they've lost this customer. Cons: Fake japanese food, 20% automatic gratuity on top of the tax
