My house that I lived in for 6 years in East Greenwich was in the middle of a foreclosure. The mortgage company gave me about 60 days to get my things in order and move out. Being a single mom with two kids I started to move fast on finding a new place to rent. I wanted to stay in EG for the kids schools. I saw an add for an apartment with an in-law right around the corner from our house. It was the perfect situation. Sean from Roundstone Realty happened to have this listing. We met right away and I fell in love with the apartment, In talking with him he found out my house was in forclosure. SO he offered me some advice about a short sale. Long story short....my house was on the market days later with an offer a few more days later. Then it closed in about 5 months. Not bad for a short sale. Sean made it such an easy process for me, Helped me so much along the way. I am so thankful to him and Roundstone Realty. Everything worked out perfect and I owe that all to Sean!!!
