To anyone looking at this builder please steer clear. Have owned a Scott Lee Home and know of about 12 other people who have and had nothing but issues with them. Floor problems, plumbing issues, etc. Once they build the house they are gone. Getting them to come back out is impossible. Not even sure why they offer a 1 year warranty. I have had to involve my attorney to get them to come back out. It is a really sad. Look elsewhere for a builder. Go with Stancil Builders or someone like that who does more custom work. You have been warned ahead of time.\r
