I am not sure about these other reviewers, but I have to stand up for this builder. My family has owned a Scott Lee home for two years now and while there are some minor things that come with new construction, we have had everything fixed in a very timely manner. Of course, we had an inspection done prior to purchasing and they fixed everything (such as replacing warping porch boards and some loose roof nails). We also had a one year inspection before the workmanship warranty ran out and they fixed several minor issues that came up with that-even the cosmetic ones such as a crack in paint near ceiling! Scott Lee himself came for the second set of fixing and was nice as can be. Tim has been very quick to get things done, and done right. He is not a warm and fuzzy guy, but he does know what he is doing and does a great job.
I am sure dissatisfied customers are more likely to voice their opinions, so I just wanted to provide a review from a happy customer!
You just cannot beat the quality for the price in this area.
