I bought a universal phone battery charger that came in a little box for a phone that had a broken plug. However my company replaced my phone so I didn't need it. They wouldn't take it back when presented perfectly in original box with receipt. They pointed to small printing on receipt that says accessories can't be returned. I feel I was ripped off and wouldn't go back there for any reason. This is not how retail in America works. Actually, the store looked very seedy and didn't look like a normal store, which it is not! Beware, stay away!
