These are super nice people indeed and the area is kept clean. However, they like many other companies whom have “fine print” in their contracts have a way of making your experience with them somewhat mixed. I gave my vacate notice 7 days later than I was supposed to. I understand it’s entirely my oversight, yet to hear them tell me I had to pay an additional month’s rent simply out of “that’s way it is” just doesn’t set right with me. Of course, their concern does not rest with whether I will ever return to use their services in the future, but seemingly more concerned with every dollar they can. \r I am sure a lot of people with write to say the fault lies with me. However, that is not the issue. The rampant use of the term, “sorry, computer says I have to charge you anyway,” has made all of us so gullible that we believe if the computer says we owe, that’s way it is and can’t be changed. There is nothing about a computer or software that cannot be changed. Otherwise, there would be no viruses, adware or identity theft. Think about it the next time you hear “sorry, I wouldn’t needlessly charge you but the computer can’t be changed.”\r
