Review content:
I happened across Thai Pepper Cuisine when I went out to a local shopping center for Hawaiian food. That particular restaurant closed and while I was dissapointed about the katsu I needed something. I saw this little hole in the wall thai restaurant that looked interesting. I decided to stop and give it a try. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and a cup of the Tom Kha soup with vegetables. Wow was I surprised. Not only was the service great and personable from Oiy, the server, but the pad thai was cooked to my liking. The noodles were firm and the bean sprouts provided that extra crunch I love so much. And as with pad thai, the sweet flavor is not overpowering. It's just right. The pad thai also has little nuggests of fried tofu. Fabulous!\r \r The Tom Kha with vegetables is a light and refreshing soup with just the right amount of heat. Fabulous!! Pros: Great Pad Thai and Tom Kha
