I am so frustrated and disappointed with the work and customer service of Todd's Chem Dry.\r
I had a small water leak in my basement. I had them come by to clean up the carpet down there. Not only did the spot not come up AT ALL, they overcharged me by $85 and refuse to refund me the money. The guys who came over to do the work tried to upsell me everything. I called the company and received such horrible customer service. They simply do NOT care about their customers. I want everyone out there to know that they, IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM, should use Todd's Chem Dry.
