Let me tell you guys something...it was a cold snowy day (like everyday this winter) and I had this noise in my truck after going on a extermination call. It sounded like ""clickity pop....clickity pop....rattle rattle...boom with a scretch"" sounded like I the skunk escaped from the trap I was transporting him in. I just happen to be by Mullaney Tire so I pulled in. They were short staffed because of the weather, but JOE told me to hang in there and he would take a look...""as long as the skunk won't attack me"". After JOE finished plowing the snow so the rest of the customers/staff could get in, he pulled my beast in and took a quick look. He told me he diagnosis and ordered me up a part, got it installed and I was out of there! Customer service is what is missing in today's business world! They got it. I'll be back with every truck problem I get! Next time I'll make sure I got an alligator in the truck for JOE to wrestle!
