They do not return calls promptly. I had pain related to a urological problem. I spoke to the doctor, he prescribed another procedure that required a prescription. He stated to me that someone in the office would contact me regarding this prescription. He said that they might even mail it to me. I followed up two days later. Left a message in the morning. Called back in the afternoon, got their answering service. One and one half week later I leave another message. I hope they call.
