This store ruined prom night 2012 for several young ladies in Angelina county by delaying alterations until the day of prom, making them wait in the store while they frantically tried to get them done even though they had had the dresses for weeks, and when completed at the very last minute before prom, the dresses were nothing like the requested alterations. This left more than one excited teenager in tears, and at least one refusing to go to prom due to no dress. This is inexcusable. The girls had checked on their dresses several times prior to the actual day of prom, one girl bought hers in FEBRUARY, only to be put off with promises that the dresses would be ready in plenty of time. These girls were waiting still at 7pm the night of prom. If you do business with this store, be sure you have a back up plan. Some special events can never be recreated.
