My car was hit while it was parked and we were having dinner in down town San Carlos one weekend. I did not have a clue where to have it towed to. And, the responding police officer told me I had to have it towed right away. The tow service driver recommended Avenue Auto on Industrial because he said most of his customers had said they had good service with them. As it was really late on a Saturday night, and they were long since closed, the tow service driver left them a message on their answering machine about why he was leaving the car in their lot. Avenue Auto called me first thing Monday morning and told me they would take care of all the paperwork with my insurance agent.
My car had a lot of damage - and while I wouldn't say it is as good as new now, they did an excellent job on it. They also argued with my insurance company on my behalf when the insurance company did not want to replace the cracked windshield for some inexplicable reason.
Their paint matching was incredible!
